The Role

Community is the backbone of Nimber and the most important element to our success. We are looking for a proactive and creative person with exceptional communication skills to take the lead on our ever-growing community.

The Community Manager will be an integral part of our agile and creative product team, working in a tech start-up environment, alongside the CEO and the product team. You will be the voice of Nimber, providing support for the community and taking the lead in social media, newsletters and the blog. If you love problem-solving, get a buzz out of helping people, know what grabs people's attention and always strive for improvement, then this position is for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Sender and Bringer needs on a timely basis

  • Proactively engage the community via emails and social media outlets
  • Work hand in hand with the product team to identify and prioritise areas for improvement in product user experience

Skills and Technical knowledge:

  • Great communication skills, oral and written

  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Prior knowledge of user support
  • Excellent command of Norwegian and English languages
  • Familiarity with HTML, Mailchimp and Intercom, Trello

Not required but considered as a plus:

  • Basic knowledge of scrum methodology
  • Project management skills, for managing and reporting user feedback
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook ads

The Role

More and more businesses are turning to Nimber for delivery solutions. As such, Nimber is expanding its Business (B2C) program in the Nordics.

We are looking for an ambitious sales oriented person who can translate opportunity into successful business partnerships. You will create and execute sales programs to businesses, from small sole traders to larger demand side companies. Reporting directly to the CEO and being an integral part of the marketing and customer acquisition team, you will be given additional responsibilities as Nimber expands. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales programs
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets and onboarding of new customers

  • Assure great costumer experience post acquisition

  • Manage accounts and keep a close connection with acquired partners
  • Report directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors

Skills and Technical knowledge:

  • Ability to hit the road and travel
  • Exceptional sales skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent command of Norwegian and English languages

  • Able to work remotely if needed

Data analyst

We are hiring. Looking for a data superstar!

The Role

As a data company during the past years we have collected tons of data. And data is at the heart of what we do every day. We depend on it to guide our users, calculate routes and make our service more efficient.

We are looking for a mathematical thinker with an affinity for numbers and how numbers matter. The desired candidate, will have the ability to mine and present data in a tangible way, pay attention to detail, communicate well and provide insight and analysis through a clear visual, both written and verbally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Mine, organise and present existing data in a clear way
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams

  • Present key metrics and insight directly to the CEO

  • Predict user behaviours and geolocate area with high interest based on past user interactions

Skills and Technical knowledge:

  • Experience with SQL and/or other query based languages

  • Familiarity with Excel, spreadsheets and BI platforms

  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Matlab

  • Familiarity with statistical languages like R, SAS, SPSS

  • Strong mathematical skills

  • Excellent command of English language

  • Problem solving and solution oriented personality

Not required but considered as a plus:

  • Past experience or familiarity with Tableau, Hadoop, ElasticSearch, CouchDB

  • Understanding of machine learning tools and techniques

  • Knowledge of Norwegian
